OVER 100 BUSINESS LEADERS ENDORSE VAN OSTERN FOR GOVERNOR

MANCHESTER, N.H. – Today, the Van Ostern for New Hampshire campaign announced that more than 100 New Hampshire business leaders have endorsed Colin Van Ostern’s candidacy for Governor.

“Colin’s experience in the private sector has been about helping people who work hard get ahead,” Karen Yasenka of Yasenka Real Estate in Hampstead. “He helped grow College for America from almost a dozen employees to nearly 400 to become a national model for workforce development programs. He knows we’re going to succeed as a state by doing everything we can to invest in people’s futures rather than play politics with their lives.”
“A New Hampshire business leader, Colin knows how to create jobs,” said Richard Couch, CEO of Hypotherm in Hanover. “He understands that in order for New Hampshire to take the next step forward, we must do more to provide debt-free pathways to a college degree and ensure that our young people have the skills they need to get good paying jobs.”
“Scaling a business is no small task and Colin helped launch College for America at Southern New Hampshire University from about a dozen employees to almost 400 employees today,” said Kyle York, New Hampshire entrepreneur, startup angel investor and currently Chief Strategy Officer at Dyn in Manchester. “We need a business leader like Colin Van Ostern in the corner office who knows how to grow the economy while growing opportunity for the hardworking people in our state. All of our families, including mine and Colin’s, benefit from a business friendly and innovative environment, and Colin will deliver both.”
